研究简介
专注于宿主–病原体相互作用及新发人畜共患病的研究。团队通过比较基因组学和免疫学研究分析了野生动物宿主的病毒抗性和耐受机制。并致力于将这些基础研究成果转化为抗病毒和抗炎治疗策略。该研究小组还专注于流行病的预防和控制,开发用于应对未来的流行病的工具、试剂和现场快速诊断技术。
作为研究团队的负责人,Aaron Irving博士获得了中国国家自然科学基金“外国杰出青年研究基金”(RFIS-II)的资助,主持了多项省级重点科研项目,并先后入选多个人才计划。他的研究成果发表在 Nature、Cell、Nature Microbiology、Immunity、Cell Host & Microbe、PNAS等国际顶级学术期刊,其中两篇论文被列为ESI高被引论文。
