研究简介
长期从事无创、定量功能光学成像诊断技术的开发和临床应用。主要研究贡献是开发了微米光学相干层析(Micro-optical coherence tomography, µOCT) 技术, 以及基于µOCT的粘液纤毛清除在体成像检测技术。近期研究聚焦于呼吸道微米光学相干层析(EB-µOCT)内窥技术、粘液纤毛清除、小气道重塑、炎性反应定量在体成像诊断技术开发,以及光学成像技术在呼吸疾病精准、个体化诊断当中的应用。研究结果发表于Nature Medicine, American Journal of Respiratory Critical Care Medicine Optica, Photonix 等杂志,其中一作或通讯54篇。申报8项国际专利,授权6项,签订专利许可协议3项
