研究简介
从事细菌毒素以及宿主和病原菌相互作用研究。主要成果发表于 Cell、Science、Nature Chemical Biology、Nature communications、Cell& host等期刊上。先后获清华大学高精尖中心卓越学者、哈佛华人生命科学杰出研究奖等奖励,并受到Charles A. King Fellowship 经费资助。曾受邀到美国华人生物科学家学会国际研讨会(SCBA)、美国微生物协会年会(ASM)和欧洲分子生物学实验(EMBL)做报告。
实验室研究方向包括:
1. 鉴定全新毒素,研究细菌毒素功能和分子机制。
2. 研究宿主和病原菌相互作用。
3. 改造毒素和设计受毒素启发的工具
