研究简介
细胞将具有特定生化功能的内部划分为独立的个体,形成细胞器。膜性细胞器会通过物理接触来行使功能。在病毒感染的细胞中,病毒编码的蛋白可劫持细胞器,调控细胞中各个细胞器互作,激活细胞器应激反应,重塑细胞内部环境,为病毒的顺利复制提供适合的场所。但是对与病毒是如何调控细胞器互作,如何劫持特定的细胞器功能和激活细胞应激反应还有待更深入的研究;哪些关键蛋白(病毒蛋白和细胞蛋白)可以调控细胞器互作还有待进一步鉴定。本人课题组运用病毒学、细胞生物学、生物化学等技术手段,以哺乳动物细胞系和小鼠为模型,研究病毒调控细胞器互作、细胞自噬、细胞应激反应的分子机制和生理功能。
