研究简介
研究生和博士后期间先后从事细菌CRISPR-Cas免疫系统和蛋白分泌系统的结构和功能机制研究,分别解析了CRISPR-Cas系统中Cascade复合物以及细菌一型分泌系统(Type 1 Secretion System, T1SS)中膜蛋白复合物HlyB/D的高分辨率结构,并结合多种功能实验手段阐释了相关蛋白复合物组装和发挥功能的分子机制。课题组现阶段计划综合运用结构生物学(冷冻电镜)、生物化学和微生物学等多学科方法,对呼吸系统常见病原菌中与致病性和耐药性相关的膜蛋白结构和功能机制开展研究,为相应的药物和疫苗研发提供理论依据。
