研究简介
李筝,广州实验室研究员,国家重大人才项目(青年)入选者。中国科学院大学(上海生化细胞所)博士,耶鲁大学博士后。专注于DNA修饰介导的表观遗传调控机制与功能方面研究,代表性研究成果以第一作者/共同第一作者身份发表在Nature、Nucleic Acids Research等国际期刊上,亦作为合作作者在Cell、Science、Cell Stem Cell及Cell Research等杂志发表多篇论文。目前主要研究DNA修饰等表观遗传因子在呼吸系统疾病发生发展中的作用和分子机制。具体包括:呼吸系统疾病的表观遗传调控机制;肺细胞分化过程中的表观遗传调控;基因组上DNA修饰建立与调控的分子机制等。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,指导课题组博士后获得博士后科学基金面上资助1项。
