研究简介
张琼,博导,研究员,从事分子病毒学研究,主要研究代表性病毒,包括人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV),寨卡病毒(ZIKV)、新冠病毒(SARS-CoV-2)以及流感病毒(Influenza virus)感染的调控及分子机制,开发针对对病毒传染病的干预策略。重点揭示了RNA分子和修饰调控免疫和病毒感染的机制,尤其是在病毒致病机理和宿主免疫逃逸中的分子功能。致力于开发新型RNA治疗工具干预病毒传播复制。共发表SCI论文19篇,总引用数超过1100,H指数为17。目前聚焦研究领域:1.人工智能优化RNA模块设计以及新型安全高效RNA疫苗研发;2. 病毒感染中功能性RNA分子和修饰的调控机制解析;3. 病毒入侵及复制中关键细胞和基因的调控功能研究。
