研究简介
主要专注于大数据精准医疗与诊断方向研究,具体包括多组学在人类健康与疾病中的应用、遗传与环境对人体多层次分子表达和临床表型的影响,致力于新一代精准医疗分子诊断标志物和临床决策支持系统的研发。研究对象覆盖人体单细胞、多组织/器官,以及大规模人群队列。研究目标是通过建立多层次、高维度分子水平的人类健康与疾病图谱,开发前沿算法用于临床决策支持、有效筛选特异性临床分子标志物,实现疾病早诊、伴随诊断、疾病分型及精准用药等精准医疗方面的突破。目前负责或参与了多项精准医疗及多组学临床转化相关的国际合作项目。研究成果发表在了 Science、Nature·Communications、PNAS、Genome·Medicine、Science·Advances、EBioMedicine、Diabetes 等高国际影响力的期刊上。
