研究简介
课题组研究方向集中在两个方面:1. 单细胞测序技术开发:在过去的研究中建立了多种基于第二代高通量测序(NGS)和第三代单分子测序(TGS)平台的单细胞组学测序技术,逐步突破了单细胞测序在转录组、基因组方面检测能力的缺陷,并通过这些技术阐释了发育和疾病过程的细胞及分子特征。2.呼吸疾病的单细胞组学研究:围绕慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺癌等呼吸系统疾病展开单细胞多组学研究,阐明疾病发生发展机制,寻找新的诊疗靶标。
