研究简介
本课题组的主要研究方向是发展和利用单细胞和空间多组学技术,研究呼吸系统器官发育及肺癌发生过程中细胞命运的时空转录调控机制。细胞生命活动是一个高维、动态、有序的生物学过程,细胞命运受到精细的时、空调控。胚胎发育是一个高度程式化的系统,而肿瘤发生与器官发育共享诸多调控网络。研究团队前期建立了Geo-seq、Auto-seq等单细胞空间组学技术平台,结合基因编辑、遗传示踪等技术揭示了胚层细胞命运建立过程的分子调控机制、物种特异性转录调控网络和干细胞在损伤再生过程中的多种分化潜能等。共发表论文26篇,他引800余次,其中在包括Nature、Nature Genetics、Cell Reports等杂志发表第一/通讯(含共同)作者论文十余篇,相关研究成果曾获得“中国生命科学十大进展”等。
