研究简介
成体干/祖细胞在补充缺失的体细胞和疾病发生发展过程中均扮演了重要角色。我们实验室关注于成体干/祖细胞是如何能够获得疾病“记忆”(基因与表观遗传)以及在促进疾病复发再发和早期癌症起始过程中的作用。主要科学问题包括:1)成体干/祖细胞如何促进疾病的表现,2)成体干/祖细胞细胞如何积累并促进疾病易感性和复发性的疾病记忆。为了深入了解这些科学问题,我们实验室从成体组织中分离获得了可以自我更新的原代细胞,并利用不同培养系统构建疾病模型,如慢性阻塞性肺疾病和肺癌。同时,我们实验室也致力于开发诱导成体组织再生的创新性治疗策略(工程化外泌体),重新活化并扩大成体组织中干细胞群体以及重塑影响组织再生的微环境。
